More presence.
More purpose. More you.

The goal is to move leaders toward doing only the things only they can do. We start by protecting the human elements that matter most, then build support around everything else.

01 / PEOPLE

Be fully in the conversation.

Spend less time searching for context and more time listening, coaching, and building trust.

02 / JUDGMENT

Own the decisions that matter.

Arrive with useful context and prepared options. Your experience, values, and judgment guide the choice.

03 / DIRECTION

Create space for the future.

Use time returned for strategy, new opportunities, leadership growth, or being more present at home.

These examples show one solution I can help you build: an AI Chief of Staff system that prepares briefs, meeting context, and follow-up. Explore a sample leader’s day.

The system prepares. You decide.

Practical AI support.
Four useful jobs.

The system connects the information you already live in—email, calendar, meetings, documents, projects, and data—and turns it into a clear, repeatable leadership routine.

01 / SENSE

Know what is happening.

Surface important email, calendar changes, project movement, deadlines, and signals that deserve attention.

02 / THINK

Know what matters.

Prioritize decisions, separate urgent from merely noisy, identify risk, and prepare options before you engage.

03 / ACT

Move work forward.

Prepare drafts, meeting briefs, follow-up, delegation recommendations, summaries, and next-step actions.

04 / REMEMBER

Keep the thread.

Track decisions, commitments, relationships, projects, and context so important work does not depend on memory alone.

Support at the moments that matter.

Together, we choose a rhythm that fits your day: a morning brief, meeting preparation, follow-up, and a weekly review. Each workflow is connected and configured as part of your implementation.

What could your
whole team save?

Estimate time returned across your business, public organization, or nonprofit. Enter the number of employees included and their average hourly rate to see the value for your whole team each month and year.

1. Tell us about your team.

Include only employees whose work AI could support. To find your average rate, add their hourly rates together and divide by the number of employees. Example: $20 + $30 + $40, divided by 3 employees, equals $30 per hour.

Employees have different pay rates?

For groups, multiply each group's hourly rate by its employee count. Add those totals, then divide by all employees included. For example, 6 employees at $25 and 4 at $40 have an average rate of $31 per hour. For salaried staff, divide annual pay by their annual paid hours first.

2. Estimate time saved per employee.

Use an average for each employee included. Count routine work such as scheduling, email, notes, research, and documents. Protect time for the people you serve, personal conversations, and decisions. Checking time is subtracted from time saved.

10 employees × (3 hours saved − 0.5 hours checking) = 25 team hours per week. Annual estimate uses 48 weeks at $30 per hour; monthly estimate is annual ÷ 12.

This is the estimated value of employee time returned, not guaranteed cash savings or profit. Payroll may stay the same while your team gains capacity. Software, implementation, and employer benefits costs are not included.

What could your
time back be worth?

Estimate the work AI could support. Add your average hourly rate to see the value of leadership capacity returned each month and year.

1. Where does your time go?

Hours per week. Count each hour once. Include preparation and administration you could hand off.

2. Estimate your time back.

For example, 40% means AI could save 4 out of every 10 hours you entered above. Move the slider to try a lower or higher estimate. This is an example to explore, not a promised result. Keep time for personal conversations and decisions out of the estimate.

Enter the hourly value of your time and how many weeks you work each year. We subtract the time you spend checking AI’s work before calculating your time back.

5.4hours returned
per working week

Per month annual average

21.6hours returned
$648estimated time value

Per year

259.2hours returned
$7,776estimated time value

16 hours × 40% − 1 hour of review = 5.4 hours per week. Annual estimate uses 48 working weeks; monthly estimate is annual ÷ 12.

This estimates the value of time you could reinvest. It is not guaranteed income, profit, or cash savings. Software and implementation costs are not included. Actual results depend on your workflows and adoption.

Talk About Your Estimate
“Give leaders time back for the people, relationships, and decisions that need their human touch.”

More time to listen. More room to think. More energy to lead.

Good AI support starts with understanding people and their work.

My work is centered on turning complex priorities into clear systems: aligning people, information, routines, accountability, and evidence around what matters most. AI adds new capabilities—but the value comes from redesigning the work around them.

Systems thinking

Map how work actually moves across people, meetings, tools, information, and decisions—not just how a process looks on paper.

Leadership design

Build AI around human authority, judgment, communication, trust, and accountability instead of trying to automate them away.

Practical implementation

Focus on everyday work that can give leaders useful time back: inbox, meetings, priorities, research, delegation, and follow-up.

Questions about working together.

Are you offering consulting or serving as our Chief of Staff?

I provide consulting: reviewing your work, improving workflows, implementing AI systems, and training your team. An AI Chief of Staff is a system I can help you build. You and your people continue to lead, make decisions, and own the relationships.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

The preferred approach is to work around the tools and information systems the organization already uses whenever practical, rather than creating another disconnected technology stack.

What should AI be allowed to do?

Permissions should match risk. AI can research, organize, draft, summarize, and recommend broadly. Sensitive communications, employment actions, financial transactions, contracts, and consequential commitments should keep appropriate human approval.

How do we know whether it is working?

Track time returned for leaders and staff, reliable follow-up, prepared meetings, and completed commitments. Choose measures that reflect your organization’s goals and the people you serve.

Build more room to lead.

Whether you own a business, lead a public organization, or serve a nonprofit, a pilot starts with you and the recurring work taking up your week. Together, we map the work, choose a few useful workflows, build and test the system, and measure the time returned. You stay involved in the decisions and relationships that matter.
